Mosacs
Trio Lyra is internationally renowned for their artistic interpretations of the French trio repertoire. Here they weave their way through the music of Ibert and Cui. Also on the album is a masterful performance of Mozart's Trio Sonata.
Passionate in their heralding of new music, Mosaics also includes two works by Canadian composers Milton Barnes and Marjan Mozetich. The warmth and lyrical nature of Goodbye My Friend and Tango 99 complement beautifully the other delightful chamber music pieces on the album to form a musical mosaic, from Mozart to Mozetich.
