April
Showers Bring May Flowers... Or sometimes snow flurries depending on your part of the world, but let's not think about that. Think about green grass, daffodils, crocuses, tulips and magnolias...if you haven't seen them yet this season they are coming, just hang in there! (For those of you in the southern hemisphere or who already have spring flowers, please humour those of us in the snow belt). We keep thinking that spring has to be arriving soon, but in case the weather does not cooperate exactly we can certainly listen to music that gets us thinking spring. Our CD special this month Spring Any Day Now does just that. For $10.00 plus shipping, violinist David Greenberg, David McGuiness, harpsichord and Concerto Caledonia serve up music from 18th century Scotland and elsewhere. If you need more convincing, have a listen to a track by clicking here. Orders can be placed on-line at our secure website http://www.marquisclassics.com. You can also order by telephone at 888-627-6165 in North America (416-690-7662 in Europe and Asia), by fax 416-690-7346. Questions? Call us from 9-5 Eastern time, Monday-Friday. Spring
has officially arrived and April is now upon us. Our artists have been
up to a lot of interesting activities lately including travel, showcases
and awards shows so we'll definitely have highlights later in this issue.
April also marks the release of our two newest music videos which we're
very excited about and we anticipate the recording of a brand new piano
album in May with one of Marquis' favourite pianists! So, throw off
the winter blues and join Marquis in thinking spring! |
